These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 3Stack Academy website at 3stackacademy.com and the enrollment in any of our offline coaching programs offered in Kundapura and the Udupi district of Karnataka, India. By accessing our website or signing up for a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About 3Stack Academy

3Stack Academy is a private educational institute offering offline classroom-based technology training programs in Kundapura, Karnataka. Our courses include Python, Data Science, AI & Machine Learning, Web Development, Java, C Programming, and related subjects. We operate in partnership with Greycrust Solutions for industry alignment and placement activities.

2. Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of the registration fee and signing of the enrollment form.
• Seats are limited per batch (maximum 30 students). Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Students must be at least 16 years old to enroll in any program. Minors below 18 must have parental consent.
• Providing false information during enrollment may result in immediate termination without any fee refund.
• 3Stack Academy reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

3. Fees & Payment

• Course fees are clearly communicated at the time of enrollment counseling and are subject to change for new batches.
• Fees must be paid as per the payment plan agreed upon at the time of registration (full payment or in installments).
• Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension from classes until the outstanding amount is cleared.
• All fees are non-refundable once the batch has commenced, except as described in our Fee Adjustment Policy shared during counseling.
• Receipts will be provided for all payments made. Please retain these for your records.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for course completion certificates.
• Students must conduct themselves with respect and professionalism towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Any form of academic dishonesty, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate expulsion without fee refund.
• Mobile phones must be on silent mode during classroom sessions. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Students are responsible for the safekeeping of any materials, books, or equipment provided by the academy.

5. Curriculum & Schedule

• 3Stack Academy reserves the right to modify course curriculum, batch timings, or faculty assignments to improve quality of education.
• Any major changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.
• In the event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., public holidays, instructor unavailability), missed sessions will be compensated with additional classes.

6. Certificates & Credentials

• A course completion certificate co-verified by Greycrust Solutions will be issued to students who complete the course and meet attendance requirements.
• Certificates are non-transferable and issued solely to the enrolled student.
• 3Stack Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of outstanding fee payments or code of conduct violations.

7. Placement Assistance

• Placement assistance is provided as a best-effort service and does not guarantee employment.
• Students must maintain a professional portfolio and comply with interview preparation guidance to qualify for placement referrals.
• 3Stack Academy is not liable for the hiring decisions of any external company or partner.

8. Website Use

• You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any website content without prior written permission from 3Stack Academy is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, notes, presentations, recorded sessions (if any), and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of 3Stack Academy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

3Stack Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or enrollment in our programs. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the concerned course.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udupi District, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
